1. Custom Orders & Advance Payment

For custom orders, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order and begin the work.

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please make sure all details are correct before confirming.

Each product is handmade, so production may take some time. Please be patient while we carefully prepare your order.

We will inform you when your order is ready.

Actual product colors may look slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device screen.

Please check your parcel carefully when receiving it. If there is any issue, contact us through our official social media channels.

For orders placed through the website, the delivery charge may need to be paid in advance, according to the order and delivery location.
